Privacy
What the Club Medics website does with visitor data.
Club Medics is a personal blog about medicines, medical practices and drugs. This page states what the website does with visitor data.
What the site itself collects
The site has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter. If you use the light and dark button, your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. A few comments from the site’s earlier WordPress version, with the names and dates the commenters used, are shown on one article.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address and the pages you ask for, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics
The site uses Microsoft Clarity and may also use Google Analytics. Analytics is optional: a prompt on the site asks you to accept or decline it, and the analytics scripts are not loaded unless you accept. You can change your choice later with the cookie settings button.
- Microsoft Clarity captures how visitors use and interact with the site through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Analytics, if added, collects information about how visitors use the site. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Both tools are set up for measurement only. Advertising features are not enabled in either of them.
Links to other sites
Links on this site, including partner pharmacy links, lead to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
